A resounding success: from ROC location to 67 owner-occupied and 110 rental apartments around a courtyard garden.

On Fred. Roeskestraat in the Amsterdam Zuidas, we developed the residential complex De Fred: three buildings varying in height with 67 owner-occupied and 110 rental apartments around a courtyard garden. All apartments have a ceiling height of three meters and abundant outdoor space.

The neighborhood is currently growing into a mixed area with educational institutions, offices, homes and other facilities. But until the redevelopment of this former education center, there was no housing in this area. In the midst of the crisis Provast dared to accept the challenge of transforming this street’s character. Investor Amvest purchased the exclusive rental apartments. Due to the rapid turnaround of the Amsterdam housing market, De Fred became a resounding success.
