Alexanderpark Rotterdam

In collaboration with Triple Living, Provast is developing the Alexanderpark project in Rotterdam Alexander. The project comprises approximately 41,000 m² GFA, including 375 apartments in the mid-range and private sector, a commercial plinth and indoor parking garage.

The characteristic ensemble, designed by KCAP Architects, consists of a solid low-rise base with four slender residential towers connected by a shared roof garden. The design stands out by its elegant architecture and use of high-quality materials. The project features a future-proof design and meets the highest sustainability standards.

The residential program includes a mix of housing types, with half of the units designated as mid-range homes. This meets the strong demand for affordable housing in Rotterdam and addresses a key ambition for the Oostflank district.

Construction is scheduled to commence by the end of 2026, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2029.
