Hofweg één The Hague

From closed bank building to lively media centre for politics, press and public.

From closed bank building to vibrand media centre with hospitality. Through a thoughtful redevelopment, we have transformed the once introverted building at Hofweg 1—characterized by its high parapets and barred windows—into a space that is both literally and figuratively open to the public. The ground floor now hosts dynamic tenants such as Dudok, the VVV, and the Haagsche Courant, while the upper levels house media organizations including GPD, NOB, and NOS. Located directly across from the Binnenhof, this revitalized site has become a lively meeting point for politics, press, and the public.
