Provast, together with Marwijmo, has acquired the Maaspark office building in Rotterdam from Bouwinvest. The property will be redeveloped into an exclusive residential building.

The “House at the Park” project is located on the stately Westerlaan and comprises 52 luxury apartments, townhouses and exclusive penthouses, with living space ranging from approximately 54 m² to 205 m².

The former office building, with a floor area of approximately 8,000 m², will be transformed into a modern and sustainable residential complex with sensitivity to its architecture and its surroundings. The transformation, designed by Dam & Partners Architects, forms the elegant foundation for this exceptional building, where monumental architecture and contemporary living blend seamlessly.

Located on the stately Westerlaan, with Het Park literally on its doorstep, House at the Park combines the tranquility of a green urban oasis with the liveliness of the city of Rotterdam within walking distance. The transformation underpins a unique residential concept that combines monumental architecture with modern comfort.

With this acquisition, we are once again redeveloping an outdated office building into high-quality living, further advancing our sustainability strategy.

Construction is scheduled to commence by mid-2026, with completion expected in 2027.
