Three obsolete office buildings in The Hague’s Beatrixkwartier area make way for two new building complexes.
In the heart of the Beatrixkwartier in The Hague, three outdated office buildings have been replaced by two modern building complexes. We completely redeveloped and expanded one existing building, Monarch I. The project has an investment value of 80 million euros and resulted in 80,000 m2 of office space.
Monarch I is part of the development project in the area which also includes the large-scale residential building Monarch III and Monarch Tower. Together with the projects previously developed by Provast, a neighbourhood that had deteriorated in the last century has been given a completely new appearance.
