A new residential neighbourhood along the Voorschotense Vliet, comprising over 700 homes, thoughtfully designed with cohesion, diversity, and high-quality public space at its core.

At Voorschotense Vliet, Provast collaborated with two partners to develop a residential neighbourhood comprising over 700 rental and owner-occupied homes. The housing offer ranges from apartments to detached villas, with one-third of the homes allocated to social housing.

The developers were also responsible for the construction of all infrastructure and the design of the public space. Participating architects worked in accordance with an image quality plan and a defined set of architectural tools, resulting in a cohesive and expressive architectural style.
