The 16-hectare residential area, comprising 700 homes, is reminiscent of well-known districts in The Hague such as Marlot, the Vogelwijk, and Benoordenhout. The development includes small-scale apartment buildings, terraced houses, and semi-detached homes. The public space has been fully designed to reflect and complement the architectural style.
