Piet Blomplein Helmond
Provast and ARC are developing around 300 sustainable homes at Piet Blomplein in Helmond, with a contemporary design inspired by the Kubuswoningen.
In the city center of Helmond, develops approximately 300 apartments at the Piet Blomplein in cooperation with ARC Real Estate Partners. The project encompasses 25,000 m² GFA and includes three residential buildings and commercial plinth, constructed on top of the underground extension of the Elzas parking garage and shopping center Elzaspassage.
This iconic ensemble, designed by architect TconcepT, blends seamlessly into its surroundings and is characterized by a contemporary reinterpretation of the adjacent Kubuswoningen by Piet Blom.
