During the realisation of a new retail unit at Spuistraat 48, the monumental façade was carefully preserved, maintaining the historical character of the building. Behind this preserved façade, a modern retail space of approximately 650 m² has been developed, spread across two floors. The imposing shop front, measuring around 10 metres wide, offers a striking presence on the street and enhances the commercial appeal of the unit.
